Co-Founder & Executive Producer
Kevin’s unique combination of expertise in the medical sciences, finance, entrepreneurship and lifelong passion for music is the driving force behind the MFO’s growth strategy as a modern professional orchestra of our times.
He is a graduate of University College London (BSc Hons) and Imperial College London (MPhil, PhD) in the UK. Upon graduation, he was head-hunted to join one of the UK's pre-eminent medical sciences private equity investment firms as Investment Manager and rose swiftly to become its Investment Director for Asia.
Aside from his role with the MFO, Kevin is also the CEO-Founder of Vivo Diagnostics, a firm specialising in the manufacture of next-generation medical diagnostics devices, Management Committee Member of PathoVax, LLC (USA) and Board Member of the Kanok Group (Thailand).

Jia Hua manages and oversees all operational affairs of the MFO. Under his collective leadership with Dr Kevin Koh, the MFO team has brought high-quality professional orchestral performances to over 89,000 patrons within the first 3 years of its establishment.
Trained as a trumpeter, Jia Hua was among the pioneer graduates from Singapore’s Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music where he studied on a full scholarship. By graduation, he had already been appointed by the Singapore Arts Festival to be the founding Orchestra Manager of the Singapore Festival Orchestra, and was later the first ever professionally-trained musician to be employed by the National Arts Council, where he played a key administrative role in a range of arts industry-wide development initiatives.
Before co-founding the MFO, Jia Hua also led Singapore's first professional brass quintet B5 Brass, and taught as an Adjunct Lecturer in Music at Temasek Polytechnic.
Executive Producer (Thailand & Myanmar)
Sirapat (Keng) Lertkangwarnklai
As the MFO's Executive Producer for Thailand & Myanmar, Keng brings to the MFO his deep experience of working within a broad spectrum of Asian cultures and communities, and oversees the exploration of performance and growth opportunities for the MFO in this region of Indochina.
In his main role as the Managing Director of Kanok Furniture and Decoration Co.,Ltd, the leading furniture manufacturer and interior decorator in Southeast Asia, he manages a wide-ranging operation and over 1,000 employees across Asia. His current focus is on developing future opportunities in Indochina, especially Myanmar, which he believes will be a major Asian growth market of the future.
From being one of the MFO’s first freelance project managers to her current full-time role as a Concerts Manager, Jana has been deeply involved in the development of many aspects of the MFO's operations ranging from concert administration to managing the MFO's online and social media presence and coordinating its public relations.
Still an active classically-trained violinist, she understands multiple perspectives from that of the performer to the event manager, which she successfully brings to the table in developing, promoting and executing a wide range of the MFO’s programmes.
Jana graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Music) from the University of Sydney.
TAN YAO CONG
With a rare talent for teamwork and managing diverse musical personalities, Yao Cong works closely with the MFO’s Music Director and General Manager in the artistic and administrative management of the MFO’s largest asset – its valued team of talented and versatile musicians. Also an active performer and music educator himself, Yao Cong epitomizes the modern classically-trained musician who is able to successfully apply his musical training in multiple domains.
Prior to returning to Singapore, Yao Cong performed extensively in London working under conductors such as Vasily Petrenko, James Gaffigan, James Macmillan, James Judd, and collaborated with artists including Stefan Jackiw, Spanish Brass and Boston Brass.
A recipient of the Loke Cheng-Kim Foundation Scholarship, Yao Cong studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under the tutelage of Mr. Patrick Harrild, Principal Tuba of the London Symphony Orchestra.
